Production time

Every order is printed to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your parcel ships. This is in addition to transit time.

Transit time

Once shipped, typical delivery estimates are:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Europe and United Kingdom: 6–15 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8–20 business days
Rest of world: 10–30 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather and peak periods are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to begin updating.

Shipping address

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Addresses cannot be changed once production has begun. Parcels that are undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees on arrival. These are levied by your own country, not by us, and are your responsibility. We cannot calculate them in advance. Orders refused or abandoned because of unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Claims must be raised within 30 days of the last tracking update.
